Rob Gronkowski has touched down on NFL retirement.
In an Instagram post shared on June 21, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight finish introduced he’s retiring his soccer profession for the second time.
“I’ll now be going again into my retirement dwelling, strolling away from soccer once more with my head held excessive understanding I gave it the whole lot I had, good or dangerous, each time I stepped out on the sector,” Rob wrote. “The friendships and relationships I’ve made will final without end, and I recognize each single one in all my teammates and coaches for giving the whole lot they’d as properly.”
Rob—who first retired in 2019 after taking part in 9 seasons for the New England Patriots, per ESPN—got here out of retirement and again on to the sector in 2020 to play for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
In his June 21 Instagram publish, the 33-year-old mirrored on an essay he wrote in faculty about desirous to play soccer for the Buccaneers in the future.
