Rachel Lindsay is shutting down the “indignant Black feminine” label as soon as once more.

The previous lead of The Bachelorette appeared on the June 4 episode of The View, during which she weighed in on the scenario surrounding Actual Housewives of New York‘s Eboni Okay. Williams. In an episode that aired earlier this week, Eboni, the first Black cast member on RHONY, accused Luann de Lesseps of labeling her an indignant Black girl throughout an argument over a earlier dialog about intercourse. Following the dialogue, Eboni introduced on Instagram that she could be taking a brief break from social media.

Rachel stated she pertains to Eboni’s emotions about being known as indignant.

“In my season finale of The Bachelorette after I was sitting on stage with my runner up, my runner up informed me that I used to be going to dwell a mediocre life if I did not select him and my response to him was, ‘Really I am dwelling my finest life,'” Rachel stated of her dialog with Peter Kraus. “Once I got here again from business break, the host [Chris Harrison] stated to me, ‘Rachel, you appear indignant.’ I regarded and I stated, ‘That is a powerful phrase.’ And he stated, ‘Properly, you appear upset.’ I hadn’t raised my voice, I hadn’t yelled, I hadn’t stated any kind of curse phrase.”

When he was requested for an evidence as to why he felt attacked by Rachel, Peter could not provide one.

“I’ve been labeled an indignant Black feminine in Bachelor Nation,” Rachel continued. “It follows me round to today.”
