The Nationwide Affiliation of Black Journalists (NABJ) is requesting a gathering with ESPN and Walt Disney executives after expressing “outrage” over a current New York Instances report that uncovered “a poisonous ESPN tradition that seems to advertise bias.”

The NABJ released a press release on Wednesday afternoon (July 7) calling Nichols’ feedback “disappointing given the continued experiences by Black journalists of white males advancing at ESPN due to their pores and skin tone and never by advantage.”
