Bacardi has prolonged its vary of canned cocktails

Final 12 months, Bacardi tapped into the RTD pattern with the launch of its Actual Rum Canned Cocktails vary, that includes flavours Bacardi Lime & Soda, Limon & Lemonade and Rum Punch.

Now the model has expanded its providing with a trio of latest flavours: Bahama Mama, with orange, crimson berries and pineapple; Mojito, with lime and mint; and Sundown Punch, with blood orange, lemon and ginger. Every cocktail sits at 5.9% ABV, and the latter flavour is accessible completely in a brand new selection pack.

In response to Nielsen knowledge, the spirit-based RTD market has surged 132% within the final 12 months. Seeking to capitalise on this progress, spirits giants and unbiased distilleries alike have created their very own canned serves.

With its new ‘tropical’ cocktails, Bacardi seeks to ‘differentiate itself’ from these rivals. Maria Galis, advertising and marketing director for Bacardi North America, mentioned: “We’re assured that our new Bacardi Actual Rum Cocktails will proceed to attraction to discerning drinkers who’re on the lookout for top quality canned cocktails made with pure flavours and actual elements.

“With the brand new selection pack providing the particular Sundown Punch flavour, we’re particularly happy to supply shoppers a spread of irresistible flavours in a single pack, no extra bar instruments required.”

The Bahama Mama and Mojito flavours can be found in 4 packs of 355ml cans for an RRP of US$12.99. In the meantime, a spread pack of all three new flavours retails for US$16.99.
