Add 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Creole or whole-grain mustard, 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon candy relish, 1 1/4 teaspoons Creole seasoning, 1 teaspoon candy paprika, 1/2 teaspoon scorching sauce, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Stir till mixed. Style and season with kosher salt and black pepper as wanted.
