On Monday (July 5), the Ohio Supreme Courtroom rejected the Cleveland police union’s attraction of a decrease court docket ruling that former officer Timothy Loehmann’s firing from the town’s police division stay in place. Loehmann shot and killed 12-year-old Tamir Rice in November 2014 as he performed with a toy gun in a Cleveland park.
