Spoonbread Is a Creamier, Pudding-Like Version of Cornbread

Place 2 cups entire milk, 2 tablespoons packed mild brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon kosher salt in a medium saucepan. Cook dinner over medium-low warmth till bubbles start to kind across the edges of the pan. Add 3/4 cup finely floor cornmeal and whisk to mix.
