Review: East Brother Double IPA

East Brother’s newest is a giant fats double IPA, clocking in at 8% alcohol and loaded with Simcoe and Azaaca hops. It’s vastly creamy however surprisingly slightly bit bitter, a mango-laced physique countered by notes of grapefruit peel, piney hops, and a contact of white wine vinegar. Some baking spice  provides the end a raise, however there’s a whiff of a bitter milk notice all through that finally put me off a bit.
