Ja Rule Says He & Fat Joe Banned R. Kelly Collabs From ‘Verzuz’

Ja Rule and Fats Joe each have songs with R. Kelly, however Ja Rule says they each opted to not play them throughout their Verzuz battle.

“R. Kelly’s a flawed man, he is going via his issues,” he stated on Drink Champs.

“He is flawed. No person’s good… And, , what he is completed is what he is completed and he has to account [for it]. However the artwork, can we throw it away? … It is such a sensitive topic, and for me it is a touchier topic.” 

Each males stated they each wrote R. Kelly’s verses on their hits with him.

Ja Rule stated he thought that Swizz Beatz had initially referred to as him about doing a Verzuz with 50 Cent.

R. KELLY CLAIMS HE WAS ROBBED

“I missed the calls. I received a name from Swizz, now Swizz do not usually name me. The actual sh*t is, I assumed it was the opposite dude. That is the Verzuz that everyone’s been attempting to make. So then, after that, I checked out my subsequent missed name and it was Fats Joe. So then, I referred to as Swizz and [he] was like, ‘You wish to do it?’ We put this collectively in two weeks. I actually did not have prep time.”
