Home made Pepperoni Pizza Rolls

Description:

The simplest recipe for Home made Pepperoni Pizza Rolls! Melty cheese and juicy pepperoni is rolled up inside deliciously dip-able pizza pinwheels. The right straightforward appetizer, or a brand new twist on pizza night time!

Components:

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 (13.8- ounce) tubes pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup recent grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup skinny sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce for dipping

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line 1 giant baking sheet with parchment paper. Put aside. 
  2. Sprinkle flour on a clear counter. Roll out every pizza crust and press into an excellent rectangle form. Drizzle every crust with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Sprinkle every dough evenly with 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning. 
  3. Add on half of the parmesan and mozzarella onto the dough. End by spreading on the pepperoni evenly.
  4. From the quick facet, roll the dough up tightly into an excellent log, pinching the dough on the finish to seal. Use a serrated knife  to chop every log into 12 equal slices.
  5. Place the rolls onto the lined baking sheet 1 1/2 – 2 inches aside. Bake for 11 – 13 minutes, or till the rolls are golden and the cheese is melted. Enable the rolls to chill on the baking sheet for five minutes and serve with heat pizza sauce.

Notes:

This recipe can simply be lower in half to make 12 rolls. 

Retailer hermetic within the fridge for as much as 3 days.

To reheat, place in a preheated 350°F oven for five minutes till heat. Or reheat within the microwave.
