Garlic Butter Seafood Pasta Tastes Luxurious (but Couldn’t Be Easier)

Add the pasta, butter, and 1/4 cup of the pasta cooking water to the pot. Toss till the pasta is al dente, including extra pasta water a tablespoon at a time (chances are you’ll not want all of it), till the sauce is thickened and coats the pasta, about 2 minutes. Add the reserved lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, and some grinds of black pepper, and gently toss till mixed. Style and season with extra kosher salt and black pepper as wanted.
