Warmth 1 tablespoon avocado oil in a small frying pan over medium-low warmth. Add 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds and 1/4 cup slivered almonds to the pan. Cook dinner and stir till the pumpkin seeds begin to pop, 1 to three minutes. Add 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds. Cook dinner, stirring typically, till the sesame seeds begin to brown, 1 to 2 minutes. Take away the pan from the warmth and put aside to chill whilst you put together the remaining components.
