Australia’s Cape Byron Distillery has launched its dry gin model Brookie’s in Waitrose shops.
Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin landed in the UK in 2019, and is now increasing its distribution after securing an inventory in UK grocery store Waitrose.
The model’s distillery is situated in Byron Bay, Australia, on a farm owned by the Brook household which is located inside a subtropical rainforest. Over the previous 30 years, the household have regenerated and replanted greater than 40,000 subtropical rainforest timber.
