It seems like Beyoncé simply stated bye-bye to the pattern of Kelis‘ “Milkshake” on her new Renaissance album.

Days after Kelis publicly referred to as out the “Break My Soul” singer and producer Pharrell Williams for allegedly not telling her an interpolation of her 2003 single would be used on “Power,” the fifth tune off Beyoncé’s new LP, Rolling Stone reported that the controversial sampling has been faraway from some music streaming companies.

Per the outlet, the interpolation is not heard if streamed on Apple Music and Tidal. Nevertheless, as BuzzFeed famous, the monitor’s lyrics video, which was originally uploaded to YouTube on July 28, nonetheless contains the pattern.

As of Aug. 2, composer credits for “Energy” listed on Beyoncé’s official web site notes that the tune “comprises an interpolation of ‘Milkshake’ written by Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo and carried out by Kelis.” It is unclear if will probably be modified to mirror the tune’s up to date model.

E! Information has reached out to Beyoncé’s rep and her label for touch upon the up to date model and hasn’t heard again.
