Recipe For Vegan Chilly Avocado Soup
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Substances for two individuals
500 gr. ripe avocados
200 gr. yogurt (vegan, greek type)
5 tbsp. lime juice
14 mint leaves
200-230 ml of water
1 ice dice
2 radishes, in small cubes
6 cherry tomatoes, in small cubes
1/2 inexperienced pepper, in small cubes
Peel the avocados and put them in a blender with the yogurt, lime juice, and ice dice. Soften them effectively, add the mint, and mash till the combination is clean.
Slowly add the water, till it reaches the density you want. Watch out to not get too fluid!
