Spirits producer Amass has moved into the laborious seltzer class with the launch of three canned merchandise: Surfer Rosso, Faerie Fizz and Solar Signal.

Amass Arduous Seltzers are available three flavours

Amass Arduous Seltzers are made with alcohol distilled from natural sugarcane, plus pure botanical extracts to offer a ‘complicated, but crisp’ flavour.

Every expression has an ABV of 5% and prices US$21 per pack of 4 355ml cans.

Surfer Rossi has flavours of tart hibiscus, candy quince and citrus, complemented by ginger, turmeric and star anise.

Faerie Fizz is brewed with petals and stems, and delivers flavours of rose and jasmine, adopted by raspberry, inexperienced cardamom and basil.

In the meantime, Solar Signal presents notes of candy orange, with some oak and ‘milky vanilla’.

Los Angeles-based Amass additionally produces a dry gin, botanical vodka and non-alcoholic ‘spirit’ Riverine.
